We provide hands-on practical first aid courses for people working and playing in the outdoors. Courses are provided through the widely respected REC scheme. Based in central Scotland, we run courses all over the UK.

Who should go on your courses?

I run active courses for people working in environments where help could be hours rather than minutes away. As an experienced trainer who is also a keen biker, boater and climber I have the expertise to tailor my courses to suit your activity and your environment. If you think that learning by doing is more effective than sitting in front of powerpoints then these are the courses for you.

How often?

I run around ten open courses per year in central Scotland plus about forty other private courses for clubs and outdoor providers all over the UK.
