  2. 2 Who should go on your rides? OTG are fully trained TCL, MBL, Night and Expedition leaders so can provide expeditions or guided trips to meet anyone’s capabilities and requirements. We organise trips to ride the classic trails in Torridon or the Cairngorms. If you fancy an overnight trip to a bothy / bivvy site, this can be arranged also.

We organise trips to ride the classic trails in Torridon or the Cairngorms. If you fancy an overnight trip to a bothy / bivvy site, this can be arranged also. 

    Mini adventures for riders who cannot make a full weekend so a quick spin to the top of a hill after work for a bivvy and ride out the next day for lunch are all achievable.We cater predominantly but not exclusively for young people aged 8-16. However were always up for a ride so feel free to contact us!

    How often do they run? 

    We regularly update our web site and Facebook page with courses and trips we are planning. We are also happy to take groups or guided trips at other times just contact me and we will sort something out.

    Do you operate year round or seasonal?

    We operate all year round and currently take riders anywhere at any time of day or night.

    Skills Courses

    Who should go on your skills courses?

    I run a variety of courses for all ages and abilities.

    • Primary school sessions for kids just getting into cycling.
    • Youth riders who would like some progressive coaching.
    • Esssentials courses designed to get riders confidently round most trail centre Red routes.
    • Fundamental courses that are aimed at riders wanting to try black routes and more natural terrain.
    • Natural Trails / beginners enduro courses; - Natural Trails is a 1 day course (first day of the two day enduro course),  Enduro course
    I guide anywhere in Scotland.

    How often?

    I normally have scheduled courses all year round but during the summer months I run 3 day youth MTB trips so my schedule is quite full but I always try to run some courses.
