    To support women feel confident on their bikes, Swift Trails run monthly guided ride-outs, a womens MTB social group, MTB skills courses specifically for women, family fun days and bike maintenance workshops.

  2. 2 Who should go on your courses? Our clients come from a diverse range of biking abilities and fitness levels and we pride ourselves on our ability to cater for everyone from the absolute beginner to the advanced rider looking for challenging trails and longer routes in more remote terrain.

    Swift Trails schedule courses for beginners and intermediate riders. We like to think we excel at introducing MTB to women – creating a relaxed and sociable environment where women can learn MTB and develop their confidence and technique.

We are also available to guide private groups of up to 8 people on half-day or full-day routes. Courses - We run monthly Introduction to MTB and Intermediate MTB courses from April to October and also run ‘bitesize’ workshops where the focus is on a particular feature and the techniques required to ride it. We also offer 1:1 and private group coaching sessions.
