Swift Trails LTD is a MTB guiding and tuition company operating in the stunning Tweed Valley. Our aim is quite simple - to get as many women out on their bikes, building confidence in fitness and riding technique. We run a variety of courses plus regular ride-outs, bike maintenance workshops and a Wednesday night womens social group.
To support women feel confident on their bikes, Swift Trails run monthly guided ride-outs, a womens MTB social group, MTB skills courses specifically for women, family fun days and bike maintenance workshops.

Our clients come from a diverse range of biking abilities and fitness levels and we pride ourselves on our ability to cater for everyone from the absolute beginner to the advanced rider looking for challenging trails and longer routes in more remote terrain.
Swift Trails schedule courses for beginners and intermediate riders. We like to think we excel at introducing MTB to women – creating a relaxed and sociable environment where women can learn MTB and develop their confidence and technique.

Guided rides - We run monthly ride-outs in and around the Tweed Valley – see our website for more details of route description and technical levels required. We are also available to guide private groups of up to 8 people on half-day or full-day routes.Guided rides are currently booked by private session only.
Courses - We run monthly Introduction to MTB and Intermediate MTB courses from April to October and also run ‘bitesize’ workshops where the focus is on a particular feature and the techniques required to ride it. We also offer 1:1 and private group coaching sessions.
BackWe operate throughout the year but our scheduled monthly courses and ride-outs run from April through to October. Our Wednesday night social group runs throughout the year – weather conditions permitting.
